Once certified, your organization will receive the Queen City Certified "Leader in Gender Equity" seal to use in your marketing materials and a listing on the Queen City Certified website.

An anonymous employee survey
An employee listening session
The development of an action plan
A pay equity audit conducted in partnership with the UC Economics Center (required for Silver and Gold certification only)
IS THE INFORMATION COLLECTED CONFIDENTIAL?

IS THERE A COST ASSOCIATED WITH CERTIFICATION?
Fees are determined by the total number of employees in an organization, for-profit or non-profit status, and participation in a pay equity audit. Please contact us for more information.
HOW LONG DOES CERTIFICATION LAST?
All levels of certification are valid for two years. After two years, you must renew your certification. You can recertify at the base level once. After a total of four years, you will be expected to move from Certified to Silver. There is no time limit to move from Silver to Gold.
