Gold-level employers excel across all six categories of assessment: recruitment and interviewing practices; work-life support; training, mentorship, and professional development; equal pay for equal or comparable work; leadership and decision-making; and organizational culture. Employees of all genders report very high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Gender and race pay audits have been conducted and no unexplained disparities have been found.
